Withdrawal and Return Request
If you would like to cancel your order and return your product, you can submit a withdrawal and return request using the form on this page.
You do not need to create an account or log in to use this form.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving your order, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
To submit your withdrawal request, please complete the form on this page. We only ask for the information needed to identify your order:
- first and last name;
- email address;
- order number.
After completing the form, click “Submit request”. Once your request has been submitted, LE BEACH will receive your request and you will automatically receive a confirmation by email.

Returning the product
After submitting your withdrawal request, the product must be returned to the return address provided by LE BEACH.
The product must be returned, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging and in an unused, undamaged condition. LE BEACH cannot accept returned products that have been used, damaged, or whose packaging or other external features have been damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
Please make sure the product is packed carefully and securely before sending it back.
Return shipping costs and risk
The costs for returning the product are for the customer.
The return shipment is also at the customer’s own risk. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking, so you can prove that the return shipment has been sent.
Refund
After LE BEACH has received and checked the returned product in undamaged and original condition, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
The refund will be made according to the applicable return policy and using the payment details available to LE BEACH, unless another method has been agreed.
Damaged or incorrect products
Please check your order immediately after receiving it.
If a product is defective, damaged, or does not match your order confirmation, please contact LE BEACH as soon as possible and no later than 3 working days after delivery by email at info@lebeach.eu.
Complaints about visible defects or incorrect delivery must be reported in writing within this period.
Important conditions
LE BEACH cannot accept returns when the product has been used, damaged, or affected by improper use.
This also applies to damage caused by external factors such as moisture, temperature, or other circumstances beyond the control of LE BEACH.
